Protecting seeds where chemicals fail

We are replacing agro-chemicals with lightning

Our plasma technology inactivates pathogens with only electricity and water.
Enabling safer, more sustainable food production without chemical residues.

Agriculture depends on chemicals — but the model is breaking

Seed-borne diseases significantly reduce crop yields worldwide, while today’s solutions rely on chemical coatings

These are harmful to soil health and increasingly restricted by regulation

The agricultural industry needs a clean, scalable alternative.

Plasma generated by Surface Dielectric Barrier Discharge (SDBD)

A new way to protect seeds

Inspired by physics

We use atmospheric plasmas to inactivate pathogens at room temperature.

Plasma is an energized state of air that generates reactive molecules capable of destroying pathogens without damaging the seed.

No Chemicals – Rapid – Versatile

Chemical-free

The active element of the plasma is generated from reforming the natural components of air.

Over time, these elements naturally reform into air, leaving no chemical residues.

The low electricity consumption of the plasma source makes it cost competitive against other non-chemical methods.

Rapid treatment

We can treat seeds by exposing them to plasma for a few minutes. The germination of the seeds is tested in a controlled environment. A healthy and robust growth is repeatedly observed.

Versatility

The same technology can be used to create Plasma Activated Water (PAW).

This effectively embeds the reactive species in fluid, so they can be stored and used later.

PAW can then be used to substitute agro-chemicals like fertilizers and pesticides directly in existing processes.

Building plasma agriculture

We’re working together with industrial agricultural producers to build a technological solution that enables them to work more safely and sustainably. If you’re interested in partnering with us or joining a pilot program, please contact: hello@olivedrab-wren-233560.hostingersite.com
